Who was allowed from Celtics in the NBA Orlando bubble and why?

Celtics media's Marc D'Amico joined Celtics Beat with Adam Kaufman and Evan Valenti to explain why he did not join the team in the bubble. Only certain team officials could join teams at Disney, and while more teams are expected to leave before and into the playoffs, there is a hierarchy of who could join later. D'Amico says Brad Stevens is pushing for more staff members.
