A shocking picture of the health department's negligence has emerged in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur district, where a pregnant woman, suffering from childbirth, was forced by her family members to cross the Betha river in a big pot, like the one to the Bhopalpatnam Community Health Center. But the family members alleged that the dead child was born due to non-delivery in time.
