ON JULY 13th the new NHL CBA was signed and ratified thus ending the LOCKOUT which caused the first NA pro sport to cancel a full season for a labour dispute. Filmed on JULY 22th , both parties avoid the disastrous impasse and implementation to dissolve the union. Heres a press conference to introduce the modern era of hockey & salary cap at 39.5M
