Pullover & Press 3x165.25lb

10x44lb,5x118.75lb,5x140.25lb,3x165.25lb,5x140.25lb, 3x192.5lb - Press ONLY Clean grip used on all sets.

Used my Atlas Stone as an anchor so that I could lower more aggressively. Well, I guess it worked TOO WELL so to speak. My lower Biceps & Brachialis got overloaded from the braking force at the bottom. The area completely cramped up effectively shutting me down with 165.25lb. I tried Pressing only with 192.5lb and it was OK but, I could tell it was time to stop. The muscles will be more prepared next time!! I'm thinking somewhere over 200lb!! God Bless!!
