Ingredients:
1 whole flank steak
5 cloves of garlic
60 ml olive oil
40ml lime juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup of chopped coriander ( cilantro )
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
