Ejercicios:

1️⃣ hip thrusts (would normally always start with squats but thought we’d mix it up for once!!) also if you don’t get the hip thrust gut, you’re not doing it right‍♀️
2️⃣ squats for heavy triples @ 120kg!!
3️⃣ heel elevated goblet squats
4️⃣ banded side step squats (aka the devil)
5️⃣ DB overhead squats (I alternated between arms 5 per arm)
