Fluffy Omelette for 1 Person
Ingredients:-
4 Eggs
2 tsp Butter
1 green chili chopped
1 pinch red chili powder
1 pinch cumin powder
1 pinch Black pepper powder
1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 Medium Onion
1/2 tsp Salt to taste
freshly chopped coriander leaves
Tomato ketchup to serve

Recipes:-
1. In a large bowl, break and separate the egg whites and transfer the yolks in another bowl.
2. Using hand whisker beat the egg whites till light.
3. Gently fold in the egg whites little by little into the yolks mixture till well combined.
4. In the yolks, add salt, and black pepper powder beat until they form soft peaks.
5. Heat oil in a non-stick shallow pan, add the prepared egg mixture and lightly spread it. Cook for 7-8 minutes, slightly loosen the sides.
6. For garnishing add green chili chopped, chopped coriander, a pinch salt.
7. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take it off the heat.
8. Gently transfer into a serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
