Guy Falls in Water Off Jetski Post Getting hit by Another One

This guy was posing on his jetski when his friend lost control of his ride and ended up knocking his off. Unfortunately, he couldn't keep his balance and fell off it inside the water. His friend instantly jumped into the water to save him as he got hurt and also broke a rib during the mishap.
