The day started off with Governor Gavin Newsom closing indoor operation statewide for businesses such as dine-in restaurants, wineries, and movie theaters. This has already been in place for Kern County for about 2 weeks. Then the governor announced he was closing more indoor operations for more businesses in certain counties.
