Camper van cinema brings big screen to remote villages in Italy's Cuneo

In the mountain villages of the province of Cuneo, a camper van which has been transformed into a travelling cinema brings locals the magic of the big screen. The idea was conceived around 5 years ago by Fabio Gianotti and his wife who decided to repurpose their 40-year-old camper. "This year with COVID we had a boom", says Fabio Gianotti. With little to do in remote parts of Cuneo, the camper brings people together to watch movies under the stars.
