The Dallas Mavericks are officially at the Walt Disney Resort--also known as the NBA “bubble”--in Orlando, FL. Upon arrival, the team met with NBA Deputy Commissioner, Mark Tatum, to discuss expectations and protocols of the bubble. The NBA has approved 29 messages that can be placed on the back of the jerseys as the season resumes in Orlando. This is just one of many ways the league is showing solidarity and speaking out against racial injustices currently plaguing the United States. The Mavs have decided to put the word “Equality” on the back of their jerseys.
