Easy Pasta recipe without cheese in Indian style. This simple pasta is easy to make and just needs 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
Pasta - 3 Cups
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds/Jeera – ½ tsp
Onion - 2 (Medium sized)
Garlic – 4 or 5 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch
Tomato – 2
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Lemon – ½
Coriander leaves - a handful

Steps:
1. In a large pot add water, salt and oil and bring it to boil.
2. Add pasta to the boiling water and cook it; then drain the pasta and keep it aside.
3. Add oil to a heated pan and add cumin seeds.
4. Add chopped onions and saute it until it becomes transparent.
5. Add ginger & garlic and saute till the raw aroma of the ginger-garlic goes away.
6. Add tomatoes and cook well.
7. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder & garam masala and mix well.
8. Add salt as needed and stir well.
9. Add about 1/2 cup water and mix to get a thick masala paste.
10. Adjust water, salt and spices as needed.
11. Add cooked pasta to the masala and mix everything well.
12. Switch off the stove and add the juice of half a lemon and mix well.
13. Add coriander leaves and mix it well.
14. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
