The wedding and traditions of the Bundelkhand region of India. According to the Bundeli culture, this tradition is called Payapuji, Pav Pujna or Foot Pakhrai. After worshiping the bride and groom's feet, they perform Havan-worship under the pavilion(MANDAP), then the bride and groom take the rounds of fire. . The women on the bride side abuse the bride's relatives through song.
भारत के बुंदेलखंड क्षेत्र की शादी और उसकी परंपराएं .बुंदेली संस्कृति के अनुसार इस परंपरा को पयपुजी,पाव पूजना या पांव पखराई कहते हैं. दूल्हा और दुल्हन के पैर पूजने के बाद मंडप के नीचे हवन- पूजन करता है फिर वर और वधू अग्नि के फेरे लेते हैं. दुल्हन पक्ष की महिलाये दुल्हे के रिश्तेदरों को गीत के माध्यम से गाली देतीं हैं.
