The Supreme Court Wednesday recalled its March 27 order by which it had allowed the sale of BS4 vehicles for 10 days across the country, except in Delhi-NCR, after lifting of COVID-19 induced lockdown. The apex court said automobile dealers violated its directives and BS4 vehicles were sold during the lockdown in last week of March and after March 31 also.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बीएस-4 वाहन की बिक्री के लिए लॉकडाउन के बाद 10 दिन की मोहलत का अपने पुराने आदेश को वापस ले लिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि इन 10 दिन में बेचे गए बीएस-4 वाहन का रजिस्ट्रेशन न किया जाए। कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद अब 31 मार्च के बाद बिके बीएश-4 वाहनों का रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं होगा। शीर्ष अदालत ने सुनवाई के दौरान फेडरेशन ऑफ ओटोमोबील डीलर एसोसिएशन को फटकार भी लगाई।
