High Intensity Workout

Here is a fun workout that you can try anywhere. All you need is a chair and 2 cans or a glass jar. As you can see this workout is designed to challenge you, so make sure you scale it down and take your time to complete it. Don’t try to rush through it. If you want to push yourself a bit further, repeat each group 3 times and rest for 2-3 minutes in between.
