रोझ बासुंदी एक वेगळी आणि अनोखी रेसिपी. बासुंदी तर चविला खूप सुंदर लागतेच पण त्यात गुलाब घातल्यामुळे त्याची चव द्विगुणित होते तशीच तर आपल्या पोटाला थंडावा पण देते.

Rose Basundi
Rose Basundi is very tasty and unique recipe. Plain Flavour Basundi is good for taste but when you add Rose, it becomes too much yummy and delicious.

साहित्य :-
½ लिटर दूध (½ liter Milk)
½ वाटी साखर (½ bowl sugar)
चवीनुसार मीठ (Salt as per taste)
काजू, बदाम, पिस्ता कीस (Crush Dryfruits)
2 चमचे कस्टड (2 spoon Custard Powder)
2 चमचे रोझ सिरप (2 Spoon Rose Syrup)
4-5 थेंब गुलाब ईसेंस (4-5 drops Rose Essence)

Method:-
Keep a pan on low flame and add milk in it to boil well.
Keep a side approx 4 table spoon milk
Make a paste of Custard Powder and Milk and mix it well till lumps free.
Add paste in boiled Milk and Stir till milk get thick
Add sugar and dissolve it well
Add Rose syrup and mix well.It changes colour of milk to Pink.
Then Add salt
Add Crushed Dry fruits and stir well
Add 4-5 drops of rose essence and mix well
Turn off flame and cool down on room temperature.
Then keep in fridge for 3-4 hours to get chill
Then Serve Chilled Rose basundi in serving bowl and garnish with dry fruit and rose petals.
