A history-sheeter, who killed 8 policemen in an encounter in the Kanpur countryside, has not been involved even 48 hours after the development incident. Many teams of police are scouting for him in search of him, but he is still absconding. In the last 48 hours, more than 25 teams of police raided more than 100 places in search of development. यूपी का कुख्यात बदमाश विकास दुबे अभी भी पुलिस की गिरफ्त से बाहर है. कानपुर देहात में एक मुठभेड़ में पुलिस के 8 जवानों की जान लेना वाला हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास वारदात के 48 घंटे बाद भी हाथ नहीं लगा है. पुलिस की कई टीमें उसकी तलाश में जगह-जगह दबिश दे रही हैं, लेकिन वो अभी तक फरार है. पिछले 48 घंटों में पुलिस की 25 से ज्यादा टीमों ने विकास की तलाश में 100 से ज्यादा जगहों पर छापेमारी की. पुलिस की टीम नेपाल सीमा और अन्य राज्यों में भी तलाशी अभियान चला रही है
