The lunar eclipse is observed on the day of Guru Purnima on 5 July. The lunar eclipse will start at 8.38 am. It will be in Paramgrass at 09.59 minutes and will end at 11:21. Thus the duration of lunar eclipse will be 2 hours 43 minutes and 24 seconds. This lunar will not be visible in India, but will be seen in Australia, Europe, Africa and parts of Asia. Due to not being visible in India, the Sutak period of eclipse here will also not be valid. The eclipse will not have an inauspicious effect here. 5 जुलाई को गुरु पूर्णिमा के दिन उपच्छाया चंद्रग्रहण लग रहा है। चंद्रग्रहण सुबह 8 बजकर 38 मिनट से आरंभ होगा। 09 बजकर 59 मिनट में यह परमग्रास में होगा और 11 बजकर 21 मिनट पर समाप्त होगा। इस प्रकार चंद्रग्रहण की अवधि 2 घंटा 43 मिनट और 24 सेकेंड की होगी। यह चंद्र भारत में दिखाई नहीं देगा, लेकिन ऑस्ट्रेलिया, यूरोप, अफ्रीका एवं एशिया के कुछ हिस्सों में नजर आएगा। भारत में दिखाई न देने के कारण यहां पर ग्रहण का सूतक काल भी मान्य नहीं होगा। यहां ग्रहण का अशुभ प्रभाव भी नहीं पड़ेगा। ग्रहण के दौरान गर्भवती महिलाओं को विशेष सावधानी बरतने की आवश्यकता होती है। आइए जानते हैं ग्रहण के दौरान गर्भवती महिलाओं को क्या-क्या सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए।
