There are only a few days left for the month of Sawan to begin. The month of Sawan has a special significance in Hinduism. Lord Shiva is worshiped throughout this month. According to the Panchang, the month of Shravan comes in the fifth month of every year starting from the month of Chaitra, while according to the English calendar, the month of Sawan falls in July or August every year. According to religious beliefs, all the wishes are fulfilled by offering prayers to Lord Shiva on the first Monday of the month of Savan. In this month, Shiva devotees also start their Kanvad Yatra. सावन का महीना शुरू होने में कुछ ही दिन बाकी हैं. हिंदू धर्म में सावन के महीने का खास महत्व होता है. इस पूरे महीने में भगवान शिव की पूजा की जाती है. इस महीने में आप भगवान शिव की पूजा करके मनचाहा फल पा सकते हैं. पंचांग अनुसार चैत्र माह से प्रारंभ होने वाले हर वर्ष के, पांचवें महीने में ही श्रावण मास आता है जबकि अंग्रेजी कैलेंडर की मानें तो, हर वर्ष सावन का महीना जुलाई या अगस्त में पड़ता है. धार्मिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार, सावन महीने में पड़ने वाले पहले सोमवार को भगवान शिव की पूजा अर्चना करने पर सभी मनोकामनाएं पूर्ण हो जाती हैं. इस महीने में शिव भक्त अपनी कांवड़ यात्रा भी शुरू करते हैं. इस बार सावन माह में शुभ संयोग बन रहा है.
