A rescued lurcher dog simply could not contain her energy while running around a back yard and spun wildly in a clear case of 'the zoomies'.

The adorable dog, named Flash, was caught on camera spinning almost out of control in a garden in southeast London on June 28.

The filmer commented: "This is my 3-year-old rescue lurcher, Flash, showing her true lunatic personality and her version of so called “zoomies”. She's adorable and I love her so much! She's a big crazy dog!
