The Seoul city government is planning to build a public rehabilitation hospital for disabled people across the city.
The city government said in a press release on Tuesday that it was building the hospital as private rehabilitation hospitals were too expensive.
There are 400,000 people with disabilities living in Seoul, and this facility will provide medical services to both disabled children and adults to help them participate in society.
Seoul's mayor said the city will begin to search potential construction sites from July.
