Dramatic rescue as nearly 14 million people affected by floods in China

Nearly 14 million people in 26 different provinces in China have been affected by storms and floods since early June. About 744,000 people have been evacuated from the worst affected areas as reported by China Daily, citing the Ministry for Emergency Management. The ministry said that 78 people have been confirmed dead or missing.
