Nizamuddin Markaz : Tabligi Jamaat Visa को लेकर Supreme Court का Modi सरकार से सवाल | वनइंडिया हिंदी

A hearing was filed in the Supreme Court on the petition filed regarding Nizamuddin Markaz. This petition has been filed by 34 foreign depositors taking part in the Tabligi Jamaat program. In fact, this petition has been filed after blacklisting 3460 foreign nationals for being involved in the program of Tabligi Zamat. After the hearing on Monday, the hearing has been postponed till July 2. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court asked the Central Government to tell whether any order has been issued to cancel the visa of someone who comes to Markaz.

निजामुद्दीन मरकज को लेकर दाखिल याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. ये याचिका तबलीगी जमात के कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लेने वाले 34 विदेशी जमातियों ने दाखिल की है. दरअसल ये याचिका तबलीगी ज़मात के कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने के चलते 3460 विदेशी नागरिकों को ब्लैकलिस्ट किये जाने के बाद दाखिल की गई है. सोमवार को सुनवाई के बाद सुनवाई दो जुलाई तक के लिए टाल दी है. इस बीच सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को ये बताने को कहा कि क्या मरकज आने वाले किसी व्यक्ति का वीजा रद्द करने का कोई आदेश जारी किया गया है?
