Heartstopping moment Indian villagers throw rope to save man drowning in flood

This was the terrifying moment a group of villagers reacted quickly and saved a drowning man during a flood in western India.
The incident happened at Siracha village in Mundra Taluk, Gujarat, on June 22.
Due to heavy rains, a nearby road was heavily flooded and a group of villagers had gone to see the raging water.
One of them ventured too close to the furiously flowing water and was swept away, though luckily he found a branch and clung on it.
Other villagers scrambled to safety and managed to find a rope from a nearby home. Together they threw the rope to him and pulled the drowning man to safety.
