Biscuit Cake | Milk Bikis Cake | Quick Cake | Stir and Serve

How to easily prepare cake in about 30 mins using simple ingredients available at home.

Ingredients:
Milk Bikis - 2 packets (180 gms /approx. 30 biscuits)
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 Cup
Mixed nuts chopped – 1 to 2 tbsp (optional)
Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp or Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp

Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/355°F
2. Take 2 packets of Milk Bikis. If you don't have milk bikis biscuits, you can use any other biscuits of your choice.
3. Break the biscuits into pieces and add them to a mixer jar.
4. Grind the biscuits to smooth powder and add it to a mixing bowl.
5. Add Sugar and then add 1/2 cup of milk first and mix it well. After that add the remaining 1/4 cup milk and mix it to get a smooth batter.
6. Add mixed chopped nuts, vanilla extract & baking soda.
7. Mix it gently and do not over mix after adding baking soda.
8. Grease the baking pan with butter and line it with butter paper and then transfer the batter to the pan and spread it evenly.
9. Garnish with chopped nuts and raisins.
10. Bake the cake for 20-25 mins.
11. Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake to check if it is baked. If it comes out clean, it is baked. Else, bake for few more minutes.
12. Transfer the cake onto a wire rack and let it cool down completely.
13. Cut the cake into desired shape and Serve it.
