कन्नौज जिला अस्पताल में एक मजदूर के बेटे के हाथ का ब्लास्टर चढ़ाने के लिए 300 रुपये फीस मांगने का मामला सामने आया है. फीस नहीं देने पर अस्पताल ने बच्चे का इलाज करने से इनकार कर दिया. बेटे का इलाज ना होने से बेबस पिता रोने पर मजबूर हो गया.
