NAMKEEN GOSHT(salted shanks) recipe by dine at home.....

Namkeen gosht
Ingredients;
Mutton shanks : 1kg (2 shanks)cut into 4 pieces
Clarified butter : 1 tbs
Yogurt : 1/3 cup
Salt : 1/2 tbs or as to taste
Black pepper : 1/2 tbs
Lemon: 1 tbs
Water : 1 liter

Directions;
In a pressure cooker add shanks,ghee,salt and water ,Now close pressure cooker and cook for 40-50 minutes, (please follow the pressure cooker safety guide lines)on medium flame.whisk yogurt and set aside, After 40 minutes open pressure cooker check meat if it’s tender then add whipped yogurt , lemon and freshly grounded black pepper , give it a good stir and cook on high flame until oil separate .
Serve hot with your favourite dish (fried veggies,rice or naan )

Deisi ghee : aik khany ka chamach
Namak : aadha (1/2 ) khany ka chamach ya hasb-e-zaiqa
Dahee : (1/3 ) aik tihaai cup
Taza Lemon juice :aik khany ka chamach (1)
Tazi kutti hovi Kali mirch : adha khany ka chamach ( 1/2 )
Pani: aik liter (1)

Cooker men gosht , ghee , namak aur pani dal ker cooker band ker den pehly taiz aanch per pakayn jab whistle shoru ho jay tou aanch darmiyani ker k 40-50 mint k liyea pakayn. (Plz Pressure cooker istmal kerty howy safety guidelines ka khayal rakhen)
Dahe ko pheint ker aik side py rakh den,
40 minutes k bad khole k deikhen agar gost gal gaya hy aur pani takreeban bht kam reh Gaya hy pheinti hovi dahee, lemon aur kali mirchen dal ker achy sy bhunai kren ghee alag hony tak , garam garam pulao ya naan k sath peish kren .
