Just because the gyms are closed doesn’t mean you can’t move your body! As promised, here’s a home workout you can do literally anywhere and I collaborated to bring you all some epic home workouts this week! ⠀

15 Minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) ⠀

15 KB (or anything heavy in your house) deadlifts ⠀
10 Jump lunges ⠀
16 Squat to crunch ⠀
10 Push up (with band if you have it) ⠀
20 Shoulder taps ⠀

Challenge yourself to increase the intensity and number of reps each time you do this!

Everyone’s posting super bowl stuff and I’m just over here excited I got a workout in today⠀

Making it to the gym hasn’t been able to happen much this week, so I’ve been focusing on increasing my NEAT, cooking more at home, and getting creative with my workouts. ⠀

I decided to get a little creative with the 53lb kettle bell this afternoon and had a short and spicy workout to get me moving:⠀

▪️KB Goblet Squats x 10⠀
▪️KB Rows x 6 (each side)⠀
▪️KB Cleans x 6 (each side)⠀
▪️KB alternating swings x 20 ⠀
▪️KB Deadlifts x 10⠀
▪️Burpees x 10⠀

Repeat 3X⠀

Short, sweet, and sweaty. Who else is moving this Sunday!?
