Chicken 65 is crispy and soft. Hot & Spicy Chicken 65 is a perfect restaurant style starter recipe. Hope all chicken lovers will love this lovely party appetizer. Chicken 65 is an easy-to-make and very popular evening snack recipe which is prepared using boneless chicken marinated in spices and other ingredients. You can try it at home by watching COOK'N JOY by Bithi's video.

Ingredients :

For the marination:
Wash and pat dry the boneless chicken fillets. Cut into bite sized pieces.

1. Boneless chicken fillets 250 gm (Cubed)
2. Salt 1 tsp
3. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
4. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
5. Kashmiri Chili Powder 1 tbsp
6. Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
7. Sour Yogurt 2 tbsp
8. Corn flour 2 tbsp
9. Rice Flour 1 tbsp
10. Flour 1 tbsp

Mix well ingredients and set aside for 1 hour in room temperature.

Other Ingredients:

1. Garlic chopped 2 tsp
2. Green chili (slit) 2 pcs
3. Curry leaves 20- 25 pcs
4. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
5. Refined oil 1 tbsp & oil for deep frying the battered chicken.


Take a deep-bottomed pan and heat oil in it over moderate flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, carefully put the marinated chicken pieces in the oil and fry them till cooked or golden brown from both the sides.

For the tempering, heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Add the chopped garlic, slit green chilies and the curry leaves. Mix and sauté on medium heat for around 30 seconds.

Add the fried chicken pieces and fry on medium heat for a minute. Now add the 1/2 tsp pepper powder, mix and continue to fry on medium heat for another minute.

Now Hot and Spicy Chicken 65 is ready to serve.
