Diego Tinoco and Sierra Capri are the actors behind one of the greatest ships ever as On My Block's Cesar and Monse. Today, we got to interview the man behind half of that ship, Cesar himself: Diego Tinoco! Diego dished on everything from his relationship status (don't make me cry, Diego!), to if he'd ever date a fan, and so much more. His embarrassing story about Brett Gray is one of the funniest things I've ever heard If only he could do this interview with Sierra Capri. He even revealed what he knows about On My Block season 4!
