Result has come from eight states of the country for 19 seats in Rajya Sabha. Voting was held for three Rajya Sabha seats from Rajasthan. Now it is clear from the result that along with Congress candidates KC Venugopal and Neeraj Dangi, BJP candidate Rajendra Gehlot has reached Rajya Sabha. The voting process started at 9 am in the Rajasthan Rajya Sabha Legislative Assembly which lasted till 4 pm. Out of a total of 200 MLAs, 198 cast their votes.

देश के आठ राज्यों से राज्यसभा की 19 सीटों के लिए नजीते आ गए है. राजस्थान से राज्यसभा की तीन सीटों के लिए मतदान हुआ था. अब परिणाम से ये साफ़ हो गया है कि कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार केसी वेणुगोपाल और नीरज डांगी के साथ बीजेपी के उम्मीदवार राजेंद्र गहलोत राज्यसभा पहुंच गए हैं. राजस्थान राज्यसभा विधानसभा में सुबह नौ बजे मतदान की प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई थी जो शाम चार बजे तक चली. कुल 200 विधायकों में से 198 ने वोट डाले.
