NBA News: Tremont Waters Named NBA G-League's Rookie of the Year

When the Celtics drafted Tremont Waters with a second-round pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, it was unclear how much impact the floor general would have for the team in the upcoming season. Water's was given a two-way contract by the Celtics and while he spent most of the season in Maine with the Red Claws, he found a way to make his name known on the court.

Waters was named the NBA G-League's Rookie of the Year for his performance in the 2019-2020 season.
