A 400-year-old bridge was washed away by flash floods in southern China due to strong rainstorms.

The dramatic video, filmed in the city of Zhangjiajie in Hunan Province on June 13, shows the bridge built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties collapsing into the rapid floodwater.

According to reports, buildings were submerged and there was also a power cut in the village.
