The violent face-off between Indian and Chinese troops in Galwan Valley was a pre-meditated and planned action by China, Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi during a telephonic conversation on Wednesday. In first high-level talk since clash of Monday night, which killed at least 20 Indian soldiers, EAM Jaishankar conveyed the protest of Indian government on the violent face-off in strongest terms.
