New coronavirus outbreak at Beijing food market fuels fears of second wave of cases in China

New coronavirus cases which were reported starting June 11, 2020, at Beijing’s major wholesale market Xinfadi, are raising fears that a second wave of Covid-19 is developing in the Chinese capital. The number of locally transmitted cases in China was the highest it has been in about two months, after 36 new infections were reported on June 14.
