Talented five-year-old boy plays traditional Thai xylophone

Footage shows a five-year-old boy showing incredible skill at playing a traditional Thai wooden xylophone called the Ranat Ek.

His father, Chaiwiwat recorded his son, Nong Pratkawee playing his favorite musical instrument in Bangkok, central Thailand.

Chaiwiwat said: '"My son started practising while he was only one-year-old."

Ranat Ek is a Thai percussion instrument that consists of 21 wooden bars suspended by cords in the shape of a boat.
