Dozens of French police officers gathered in front of Paris's Arc de Triomphe on Saturday to express their anger following comments by Interior Minister Christophe Castaner, in which he pledged "zero tolerance" for police racism and said police would no longer be allowed to use chokeholds to detain suspects.
