Pakistan former captain and wicketkeeper batsman Sarfraz Ahmed, who won the ICC Champions Trophy in the year 2017, has said that he was dropped from the Pakistan team last year. Now after being re-selected in the team, Sarfaraz Ahmed has said that it was difficult for him to assimilate the fact that he was removed from the Pakistan team last year. Sarfaraz's statement came after the name of the 29-member squad selected for the England tour.

पाकिस्तान टीम को साल 2017 में आइसीसी चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी जिताने वाले कप्तान और विकेटकीपर बल्लेबाज सरफराज अहमद ने कहा है कि उनको पिछले साल पाकिस्तान की टीम से ड्रॉप कर दिया था। अब दोबारा से टीम में चुने जाने के बाद सरफराज अहमद ने कहा है कि उनके लिए इस तथ्य को आत्मसात करना कठिन था कि उन्हें पिछले साल पाकिस्तान की टीम से निकाल दिया गया है। सरफराज का ये बयान इंग्लैंड दौरे के लिए चुनी गई 29 सदस्यीय टीम में नाम आने के बाद सामने आया है।
