The firing incident took place on Friday morning near the Indo-Nepal border in Bihar. DG Kumar Rajesh Chandra of Sashastra Seema Bal confirmed the incident. He said that this is a local issue, due to immediate developments. He said that a report prepared on the basis of preliminary investigation has been submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
