सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को एक मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए आरक्षण पर बड़ी टिप्पणी की. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि आरक्षण का अधिकार मौलिक अधिकार नहीं है...ये टिप्पणी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तमिलनाडु में मेडिकल सीटों पर ओबीसी आरक्षण नहीं दिए जाने के खिलाफ दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई से इंकार करते हुए की. साथ ही याचिकाकर्ता को हाईकोर्ट जाने की छूट दे दी.
