This was the sweet moment a man finally adopts his stepdaughter after 31 years of raising her.
The clip, filmed on April 25 in Port Arthus, Texas, shows the moment Jeff Wilkinson handed adoption papers to his stepdaughter Kaycee on her 33rd birthday as a surprise.
Clearly shocked, Kaycee can be heard saying in the video, "what? But I'm 33! Oh my gosh, thank you."
The filmer, Kaycees sister Marlee told Newsflare: "He has raised her since she was two years old which is when he and my mom met. He has always been her 'dad' but he decided to surprise her and make it official for her birthday."
