Ladakh BJP MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal has waded into the political back-and-forth between the opposition and the ruling BJP-led government over the India-China border row with a sharp comeback to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Namgyal, responding to Rahul Gandhi’s tweet asking the government to spell out if the Chinese had occupied Indian territory in Ladakh, replied in the affirmative.

कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी ने मंगलवार को लद्दाख में चीनी घुसपैठ को लेकर रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह से ट्विटर पर सवाल किया था। उन्‍होंने पूछा था कि क्‍या चीन ने भारत की जमीन पर कब्‍जा कर लिया है? लद्दाख से बीजेपी सांसद जामयांग सेरिंग नामग्याल ने राहुल को जवाब दिया है। नामग्‍याल ने ट्वीट में लिखा कि 'हां, चीन ने ये इलाके कब्‍जाए हैं।' इसके बाद उन्‍होंने उन जगहों की लिस्‍ट दी जो उनके मुताबिक, कांग्रेस के शासनकाल में गंवा दी गईं। इसमें अक्‍साई चिन से लेकर पैंगनक और चबजी घाटी, दूम चेले जैसे इलाकों का उदाहरण दिया है।
