दिल्ली दंगों को लेकर दायर की गई चार्जशीट में बीजेपी नेता कपिल मिश्रा का कहीं कोई जिक्र नहीं है. चार्जशीट में दंगों के लिए जामिया प्रदर्शनकारियों और CAA विरोध में हो रहे प्रदर्शनों को जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया है. कपिल मिश्रा के "भड़काऊ" भाषण पर दिल्ली पुलिस ने "चुप्पी" साध रखी है. नागरिकता संसोधन कानून के खिलाफ दिल्ली में हुए प्रदर्शन के दौरान कपिल मिश्रा का “रास्ता खाली कराएंगे” की धमकी का कहीं ज़िक्र नहीं है.
