Justin Frantzen captured this amazing footage on June 7 in Highmore, South Dakota.

"I took on a powerful severe thunderstorm packing strong damaging winds,small hail and blinding rain north of Highmore SD! In this video we managed to punch through the hail core and winds were gusting over 70mph," he added.
