Madrid enters phase 2 as lockdown restrictions continue to ease

The Spanish capital on Monday (June 8) entered phase two of deconfinement.
Residents of Madrid can now meet in groups of up to 15. They are also allowed outdoors for walks or exercise at anytime.
Shopping centers, bars and restaurants are permitted to open but only at 40% capacity, while cinemas and exhibition halls are allowed to open at 33% capacity.
