The showdown between the head of the country's largest conglomerate Samsung Electronics and South Korea's prosecution will come to a head in the next coming hours.
The Seoul District Court is deciding this Monday whether the de facto head of Samsung Group Lee Jae-yong should be arrested over his alleged involvement in corporate fraud dating back to 2015.
It'll be the first time in eight months since Lee stands before the press after he appeared in court on separate charges of bribery under the former Park Geun-hye administration.
Lee will be joined by two of his key company executives, Choi Gee-sung and Kim Jong-joong .
