CARAMEL KHEER RECIPE _ CARAMEL PAYASAM RECIPE

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1. MILK (FULL CREAM) - 1 LITRE
2. BOIL IT ON HIGH FLAME
3. STIR IT ONCE OR TWICE IN BETWEEN OF PROCESS
4. RICE(SOAKED) - 1/4 CUP(50 grams)
5. STIR IT
6. THICKER CONSISTENCY AND RICE MELTED
7. KHEER WILL BE COOKED AFTER HALF AN HOUR
8. GHEE - 1 TBSP
9. MELT IT
10. CASHEW - 10 TO 12(chopped)
11. RAISINS - 1 TO 2 TBSP
12. ROAST UNTIL ITS COLOR CHANGES
13. SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
WATER - 1 TBSP
14. COOK IT IN MEDIUM FLAME
15. STIR UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES IN IT
16. COOK UNTIL IT BECOME CARAMELISED
17. MIX SOME WATER TO IT
18. MIX THE CARAMEL WITH KHEER
19. ADD THE ROASTED DRY FRUITS
20. 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
21. COOK IT FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES
22. CARAMEL KHEER IS READY TO BE SERVED
23. GARNISH IT SOME CHOPPED PISTACHIOS
