Rahul holds Modi responsible for India's downgraded rating

The global rating agency, Moody's has downgraded India's economic rating to the lowest in 22 years, Rahul Gandhi has said that this is the result of PM Modi's poor economic handling, Moody's has said that the measures and stimulus package announced by the government will not help revive the economy, Rahul has said that the government's approach towards poor and MSMEs will make the situation worse.
