Astronauts arrive at International Space Station on historic mission using private SpaceX rocket

For the first time in nearly a decade, astronauts were launched from American soil on May 30, 2020, on their way to the International Space Station. Nasa astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley also made history on their 19-hour journey aboard the Crew Dragon capsule called “Endeavour”, the world’s first privately built and owned spacecraft used in a manned mission.
