In today’s video I am goig to tell how you can get a job in youtube.I think this is the first time anyone is talking about this topic. So lets start our today’s video.In this video I will tell you 1. What is the basic criteria to get a job in youtube, 2.What are all the interview process & 3. Job positions & salary.

So, at first few words about youtube.Youtube started their journer from February,2005 & in the year of 2006,November Google bought this company. This company is located in San Bruno,California.Now we know how youtube generate their revenue and how we can earn money from it.
Eligibility Criteria:
As a part of Google,Youtube is very much strict to select their employee.So they looks for in potential employees include below points.
1. Coding
2. Communication & interperssonal skills
3. Team orientation
4. Result orientation
5. Proactive
6. Willing to take ownership
7. Adaptive
8. Good work ethic & Fun
9. Thrives in a flat organization
10. Flexibility
So if you have above quality then you are fit for the interview and you can apply. Now how you can apply, i will try to attach some link & from that link you will get some help.
Interview Process:
First you need to apply online.After that if you get a call from a recruiter then be prepare for a hardcore 30-40 mins telephonic interview. Then if you pass that round you will get notification for face-to-face interview & this is the most tough interview process from youtube because here you have to face 4 interviewers who all are from top management & professionals with high knowledge,technical skills.
In this interview they will evaluate beow skills.
1. Core Software Engineering Skills
2. Coding
3. Algorithm Development
4. Design Patterns
5. Data Structure
6. Analytical Thinking Skills
Then they will ask you few questions related to area of interest & you need to solve them realtime.
After all interview done it will take two weeks to take decision by hiring commitee.

1. Software Engineer ($81K - $164K)
2. Project Manager,Marketing ($58K - $101K)
3. Account Manager ($49K - $102K)
4. Starategy Associates ($68K - $124K)
5. Social Media Specialist ($39K - $71K)
6. Senior Business Development Manager ($80K - $152K)
7. Publishing Manager ($73K - $145K)
